17th April 2009

Radio Manchester interview for Alan Beswick's programme from Hawthorne Drive.

BBCtv News North West report from Hawthorne Drive and Worsley Library to include representatives of Worsley and Winton.

Additional interviews took place in the street.

Articles in Salford Advertiser and Manchester Evening News.

Barbara Keeley MP has sent a letter to Geoff Hoon, Secretary of State for Transport, expressing her concerns about the motorway widening plans. She has liaised with me on a regular basis, which has been most helpful and welcome.

Barbara Keeley MP and lan Stewart, MP, have acknowledged letters sent by constituents and are supporting us in our campaign as are all our local councillors.

It is good to know that we have such staunch support from our political leaders as well as from the majority of local residents.
