Here we organise our calendar and our meetings. We provide our agendas, the papers for our meetings and the notes of our meetings.

We believe that we should try to be efficient with our admin.

We will ensure our reports are crisp and to the point, and the notes (minutes) of our meetings reflect the discussion and decisions we take.

We hope to keep our office neat and tidy. To keep up to date with our filing we will be moving our papers and old agendas to our meetings archive as soon as possible
