These links provide access to some selected parts of the baseline reports carried out for the multi-modal study called the M60 Junctions Eighteen to Twelve Transportation Study, carried out between 2001 and 2003. In the absence of any other recent known work or appraisal into the structure or functioning of the M60 in the Worlsey area we cosider this still to be the baseline position. The baseline is important in that it firmly establishes what exists and appraises the working or otherwise of the motorway structure and environment.
